Transparent Fees
We choose to keep it simple. Your fee to list and market the property in the MLS and obtain a tenant (including credit check, background, employment and criminal history) is the first month's rent. This includes our fee to list the property as well as the Tenant's agent's compensation.
Your monthly fee for monthly Property Management with us is 10% of the monthly rent.
Any repairs to the property or routine maintenance is the Owner's responsibility to complete unless the Tenant is at fault.
